SHIPPING INFORMATION - Our shipping charges cover most items shipped by ground within the continental United States. The exceptions are large and heavy items. RETURN POLICY: All Fine Jewelry must be returned within 10 days from the date of the original invoice. All returns must be in their original condition. All appraisal documents and packaging must be included in their original condition. The EGL/USA serial number listed on the appraisal documents must match the EGL/USA serial number listed on the diamond. To return an item, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each product that you would like to return. Please call us at (908) 222-7170 to have an (RMA) number issued for your return. Write your RMA number on the box you use to ship your return, include your packing slip and wrap the item securely. Returns without an RMA number noted on the outside of the box will not be accepted at the time of delivery. For your protection, all returns must be insured for the full value of the contents.
